Questions about therapy?
Please feel free to call me to find out if my therapeutic expertise fits your needs. I am happy to have a brief conversation with a potential client to determine if we are a good fit. However, I cannot give therapy over the phone. An appointment must be scheduled for that.
Office phone and confidential voice mail
My office phone line 457-1128 frequently goes directly to voice mail, as I do not take calls while I am in session with a client. Please leave a voice message, and I will respond by the next business day. Let me know the best time to return a phone call, or if you prefer a text message.
First Visit
During our first session we will discuss the reasons you are seeking therapy and collect background information. We will cover as much ground as possible within the “therapeutic hour,” the euphemism that describes the 50 or so minute length of a session.
Scheduling
Appointment times are available from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and can be scheduled according to what works best. Sessions last just under an hour.
Insurance and Billing
Most insurance providers cover therapy services. If you have questions on your insurance coverage please consult with your provider, as I do not have the time or staff to call your insurance company to determine eligibility. With proof of insurance, direct billing is available for most insurance companies including:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield or Premera
- Military One Source
- Moda Health
- TRICARE
- TriWest
- United Health Care (UHC)
